This sale is a fun one because we only have so many red tags, so when one product gets cleared off the shelf, the red tag jumps to a new product and will continue to move as time goes on. Herb of the Week (Ep. 3): Self-heal (Prunella Vulgaris)🪻 One of my favorite herbs for immunity and wound healing, self-heal continues to be a very overlooked herb sadly. It grows quite abundantly where I live, and unless you live in a desert or the subarctic/arctic, you most likely have self-heal near you! Despite what I mentioned in the video, self-heal holds the fame of being quite literally a "heal-all" as it is very useful across a profoundly vast range of healing in the body. If you live near a meadow or the woods, you'll most likely find self-heal. It is quite an abundant and easy herb to forage. Welcome to a brand new series we will be doing called Herb of the Week! 🌿 Each week on Saturday, we will pick a different herb and briefly go over some key points and any fun facts about each herb. As there are thousands upon thousands of herbs and very little time to burn these days, we won't be deep diving into each plant, but we will cover the most crucial information such as medicinal properties, contraindications, what parts of the plant are used medicinally and how are they used, as well as what forms of it we have here at the store available for purchase. I wanted to start this series to help educate people about the several, fantastic benefits of herbal medicine. Each herb is profoundly versatile in what it can do to help improve your life, and there is much to know about each one.
